Reopening Of Lifeline
Matchpoint Lifeline will be reopening from 25th of July! The whole team is extremely excited to see everyone again and to welcome you back into the facility.
The opening hours will remain as 7am to 9pm on weekdays and 8am-5pm on weekends. Membership prices will remain the same, however all reinstated student memberships will require proof through student Identification. Due to this unprecedented time reopening will come with some changes in how the gym will operate in order to keep both staff and customers safe.
We will be operating a strict booking policy in which members can book a 1 hour and 15 minute slot per day to use the gym. This must be booked over the phone or in person on a first come first serve basis. Each member can book slots seven days in advance, whilst non members can book up to 3 days in advance. This booking system will open from Monday 20th July at 9am. In accordance with government guidelines the maximum occupancy of the gym has been reduced to 10 customers at a time. The floor space of the gym has been marked out to show individual work stations.
When entering and leaving the facility, customers should wait outside and queue in the designated area before being welcomed in by the member of staff on duty via the main reception door. When in the reception, it is required that everyone uses the hand sanitiser available before entering into the gym. If customers need to pay for anything, this should be done so preferably by card and contactless payments.
Classes will run in a restricted timetable and this will be communicated on future social media posts, emails and on our website.
We regret to inform customers that we cannot offer our regular service of towels, disposable cups and yoga mats as per government guidelines. However you are welcome to bring your own.
Finally, any customer that enters the facility has a personal responsibility to protect themselves and those around them. It is imperative that customers wipe down the equipment after usage using wipes we provide and respect social distancing guidelines at all times. Once again, in line with guidelines it is not necessary to wear a face mask.
If you have any more questions please do get in contact. We look forward to welcoming all customers back to the premises!
